Crawford Wins Athlete Of The Week Vote
Old Town High School running back TJ Crawford won the McDonald's High School Athlete of the Week to kick-off the 2016-17 school calendar. Crawford garnered the majority of the almost 800 votes to win the honor.
The rusher took home 61 percent of the vote over Trey Wood of Brewer in the match-up.
Crawford ran for 247 yards and four touchdowns in a 50-17 win for the Coyotes over Waterville this past Saturday. He also excelled in special teams with a nice kick return run of 43 yards.
