The Husson Eagles are ranked just outside the top-10 in the first New England Division III Weekly Coaches Poll of the season.

The Eagles are coming off a 21-14 loss to Western New England College and will travel to Endicott College this Saturday with a 2-1 record.

Springfield is the top team in the region.

The Jack Grinold Chapter New England Poll is made up of 15 coaches representing all five D-III conferences in the region. Those five conferences make up 41 schools.

NOTE: Husson climbed as high as #2 in the New England poll last year.
