The UMaine Black Bear hockey team was in some third period trouble in Durham, New Hampshire last night but in the end everything worked out fine.

Trailing 3-1, Cedric Lacroix and Mitch Fossier scored goals to get the game to overtime and them with just 21 seconds left in OT Fossier scored again to give the Bears the win. Fossier now has 11 goals for the season.

It's the 10th Hockey East win (10-8-3) and the 16th overall win (16-11-4) with three games vs Boston College to finish the regular season.

Freshman goalie Jeremy Swayman stopped 37 shots for Maine. Danny Tirone made 39 for UNH.

The Black Bears play their final home game Saturday night at Alfond Arena vs BC.
