George Stevens Academy senior guard Taylor Schildroth scored 20 of his 27 points in the second half and Eagles three-peat the Class C state championship with a 64-59 win over Hall-Dale Saturday night.

Schildroth hit on five three-pointers, tying a state game record for three-pointers in a state game.

Stefan Simmons had 14 and Max Mattson had 10

GSA lost its first regular season game and then ripped off 22 straight wins.

Monmouth Academy wins the Class C state championship, beating Houlton 56-50. It's back-to-back titles for the Mustangs.

Momouth also set a Class C record for three-pointers, hitting nine threes. Senior Tia day had four of them. She finished with 14 points.

Abby Allen led with 15.

Houlton's Kollen Bouchard scored 35 and finished her career with 2,046 points.
