Hawks Beat Shires, Move Into Class B Top Spot
The Hermon Hawks beat up the Houlton Shiretowners 54-37 Tuesday night and took over first place in Class B North. The Hawks finish the regular season 16-2.
After a poor shooting first quarter, the Hawks got going in the second quarter, led by Keenan Marseille's seven points and had a four point lead at halftime, 23-19.
Hermon then outscored the Shires 16-7 in the third quarter to put the game away.
Marseille finished with 15 points to lead the Hawks. McKinnlee Sickles added 11 and Garrett Trask had 10.
Cam Graham led Houlton with 11.
Hermon finishes the regular season at 16-2. Houlton is 10-7 with one game left to play.
