HS Golf: Manuel Beats Anderson By One Stroke
Mt. Ararat High School's Caleb Manuel golfer edged Camden Hills standout Cole Anderson by one stroke to claim the Class State Individual Golf Championship.
Anderson was trying to set Class A history by winning a fourth state title. He fired a 2-under par 70 at Natanis Golf Club in Vassalboro Saturday. Manuel shot a 3-under 69.
