The MDI Trojans eased into a 74-32 victory over the John Bapst Crusaders in a boy's Class B match-up at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor Wednesday night.

The Trojans came out strong in the first quarter with a 22-10 lead, after falling early into 4-0 hole early on.  MDI would continue to dominate in the first half and limited John Bapst to just three points in the second, extending the lead 44-13 at the break.

MDI made 11 three pointers in the win and were led by center Mac Shea who had 12 points off the bench in the victory.  Andrew Phelps had 11 and Gus Reeves had 10 as well.  John Bapst was led by Noah Tomah who had seven points, including five in the first half of play.

The Trojans are now 4-0 on the season and will be off until December 27th against Mattanawcook Academy.  John Bapst falls to 2-3 on the year and will play Presque Isle on Friday.
