MDI Vs John Bapst Hoops On The Ticket

Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket is back tonight with another great boy's match-up in Class B North as the John Bapst Crusaders host the MDI Trojans.

The Trojans are viewed as one of the best teams in the region after returning ten players from the team that finished in fifth place a year ago.  MDI is currently 3-0 on the season (the only undefeated team left along with 4-0 Winslow in Class B North), with victories over Old Town, Washington Academy, and Hermon to start the year.  The Trojans are led by Riley Swanson and Graham Good, who are averaging 12 points per game.

The Crusaders are 2-2 on the year with victories against Caribou and Bucksport, and losing to Foxcroft Academy and Orono.  Senior forward Alex Mooney leads the way for John Bapst, averaging 16.5 points per game, and put up a season high 21 points versus Bucksport last Friday.
