Monty’s Denver Team In NCAA Title Game [VIDEO]

Former UMaine captain Jim Montgonery and his UDenver Pioneers walloped Notre Dame 6-1 last night in the Frozen Four semi-final game. That means Denver plays Minnesota-Duluth for the NCAA national championship Saturday night in Chicago.

Minn-Duluth scored a last minute goal and bat Harvard 2-1.

The title matchup is now a rivalry game between two teams from the NCHC conference.
