Mr & Miss Basketball Awarded Tonight

The best high school senior basketball players in the state will be in Bangor this weekend for the annual all-star games as well as the awarding of Mr. & Miss Basketball.The weekend gets underway this afternoon as teams gather for practice before attending a banquet tonight where several awards will be handed out including the coveted Mr. & Miss Basketball awards.

Below are the finalists for those awards.

Miss Basketball

Mr. Basketball

• Nick Gilpin - Hampden
• Thomas Coyne - Falmouth H.S.
• Andrew Flemming - Oxford Hills H.S.

The North vs. South All-Star games on Saturday will take place at Husson University's Newman Gymnasium. The following is the schedule of games.

9:15 – 10:30 am      Girls AA/A/B Game

10:45 – 12:00 pm    Boys AA/A/B Game
