Southern Aroostook High School wing player Makaelyn Porter has made an early decision to attend and play for the Husson Eagles next year.

The 5-foot-10 senior has helped the Warriors to back-to-back Class D state titles. She's been a four-year starter, averaging 15 PPG, 4.5 RPG and 3 APG.

"Makaelyn has great court vision, especially in transition. She can shoot the ball, is smart, and very coachable". She is the type of player who can make everyone around her better. Porter and her SACHS open their high school season in early December.

The Eagles on their season November 16th at a tournament at Emmanuel College.
