Seadogs Roster Set For Thursday Opener

Seadogs opening day at Hadlock Field is just two days away and the Red Sox have set their roster for the 2015 Portland Double-A team. The list includes four of the top 30 prospects in the organization.

Baseball America lists infielder Carlos Asuaje as the Sox #25 prospect. The Seadogs pitching staff will include Justin Haley(#28) and Pat Light(#30). OF Henry Ramos is listed #29.

A year ago, Hadlock was home for talented young players such as Mookie Betts, Blake Swihart and Henry Owens. The Seadogs won a franchise record 88 games.

The season opener Thursday at 6pm is against Reading Fightin Phils.
