It will be Boston College vs UMass-Lowell for the right to go to college hockey's Frozen Four. In first round NCAA play Saturday, BC beat Jim Montgomery's Denver Pioneers 6-2. UMass-Lowell edged Minnesota State 2-1.

Providence lost to Union 3-1 and Notre Dame lost in OT to St.Cloud State 4-3. That leaves just BC and the Riverhawks left from Hockey East...
