The senior captain's biggest moment of the tournament came in Wednesday's win against Winslow in the semifinals, when Watras hit a last second three-pointer to send the game into overtime.
Matt Fleming of Bangor scored 27 points as the Rams earned their first regional title since 2011 with a 56-52 triumph over Edward Little on Friday. Fleming also scored a team-high 21 points in the Rams' 61-41 semifinal win against Portland last Tuesday.
