Three local student-athletes have been nominated for this week's McDonald's High School Athlete of the Week award.

The nominees are Lauren Hanna of Sumner Memorial High School, Brooklyn Scott of Hampden Academy and Jonah Hudson of Presque Isle.

Here's a quick look at how each athlete performed last week.

Lauren Hanna of Sumner Memorial High School pitched a five-inning no-hitter with six strikeouts and no walks in a win over Machias on Wednesday. Hanna pitched a six-hit complete game with 12 strikeouts against Orono on Friday. She helped her own cause vs. Orono by hitting a triple and two singles and scoring the win run.

Brooklyn Scott of Hampden Academy smacked a home run and two doubles and knocked in two runs against Messalonskee on Wednesday. Scott homered, doubled and singled while knocking in three runs in a 9-6 victory over Cony on Friday.

Jonah Hudson of Presque Isle racked up three singles and scored four runs to help the Wildcats defeat Houlton 13-9 on Tuesday. Hudson smacked an RBI double and a single in Presque Isle's come-from-behind win over Caribou on Thursday. Hudson also picked up the win in relief vs. Caribou, tossing two scoreless innings.
