Washburn’s Koch Wins 800M Nat’l Title [VIDEO]

Washburn's Carsyn Koch is NCAA National Champion again - this time the 800m Division II championship with a time of 2:03.48.

The Saturday evening title won in Florida makes Koch 800m champion in both NCAA Indoor and Outdoor competition.

Koch won the NCAA D-II Indoor title in the 800m back in March.

She is a sophomore at Cedarville University in Ohio where she is studying to be a nurse.

But next for Koch - competing in the U.S. Olympics trials in early July.
