Welcome Back Jeremy Swayman [VIDEO]

UMaine goalie Jeremy Swayman pitched a shutout in his first game back from the U.S. Junior National Team. A 3-0 blanking of the BU Terriers and he beat fellow Team USA goalie Jake Oettinger in the process.

The Black Bears have now an eight game unbeaten streak, 7-0-1.

Sawyman stopped all 31 BU shots. Oettinger made 34 saves for the Terriers.

Maine got second period goals from Nolan Vesey and Ryan Smith, and then got a third period goal from Brendan Robbins.

The Black Bears improve to 5-4-1 in Hockey East (T-6th) and 11-7-1 overall.

Bu drops to 6-7-1 and 8-11-1.

UMaine plays out of conference at Brown University on Monday night.
