Woodland Dragons Defeat Katahdin To Advance [GIRLS]

The Woodland Lady Dragons defeated the Katahdin Cougars Monday morning at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor in the first Class D quarterfinal match-up of the day.

No. 3 Woodland led from start to finish on their way to a 59-33 win and an ticket to the Class D North semifinals

Senior Captain Katie Erskine finished with 17 points for the Lady Dragons. Sophomore center Emily Curtis had 16 points. Sadie Smith added 12 points.

For the No. 6 Cougars, Hannah Kyllonen led the team with eight points.
