In his 500th game coaching Husson baseball, coach Jason Harvey and his Eagles wrap up the North Atlantic Conference #1 seed which means they will host tournament starting Friday.

Husson swept a Monday doubleheader from UMaine Presque Isle 15-7 and 10-0. That leaves the Eagles with the best record in the NAC at 12-4 (23-14 overall).

In game one, Husson scored 15 runs on 15 hits. Nick Guerrette had three of them and drove in two runs. Alex Brooks picked up his fourth win on the hill, giving up one earned run in four innings.

In game two, the Eagles' freshman pitcher Brandon Brunell pitched the first four innings, not allowing a hit or a walk. He struck out six. Husson won it 10-0.

In his 12th season as Eagles head coach, Jason Harvey coached his 499th and 500th games. The two wins puts him just three wins away from becoming Husson's winningest baseball coach. Harvey now has 280 (280-218 overall). John Kolasinki tops the Eagles list with 283 wins.
