NESCAC  Amherst 24  Colby 10: In Waterville, Amherst spoiled Colby's home opener by beating the Mules and dropping Coach Jack Cosgrove's team to 0-2.

The (2-0) Mammouths passed for 210 yards and rushed for another 195 yards.
