The Tampa Bay Lightning are now saying goalie Ben Bishop has been ruled out of action for the remaining three regular season games and his playoff status has yet to be determined. The former UMaine Black Bear goalie dove for a loose puck in the first period of Wednesday night's game vs Toronto. He fell on his left side and the team is only saying it is an upper body injury.

Coach John Cooper did not rule Bishop out for the first round of the playoffs but gave no time table for a return.

Bishop has 37 wins in net for the Lightning this season.
