Eagles Four-Peat NAC Hoops

The Husson Eagles are North Atlantic Conference champs, times two. The Eagles women's team four-peats. The Eagles men's team wins the title on the road.

Both will play in the NCAA Division III playoffs and will find out who they will play Monday afternoon when the selection show is held.

Husson Women 58  Maine Maritime 51: In the battle of the top two seeds, the Eagles capture their fourth consecutive NAC crown. Senior guard Kenzie Worcester scored 21 points and was named tourney MVP.

Megan Peach added another double-double, scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds.

Alayne Felix led MMA with 13 points.

The Eagles earn the first four-peat in conference history.

Husson takes a 19-8 record into the NCAAs. The Marienrs finish 19-7.

Husson Men 82  Thomas 67: The men's team won their NAC title in Farmington, beating Thomas College. Justin Martin led the way with 26 points and nine rebounds.

Justin Thompson added 19.

Zach Mackinnon had 19 for the Terriers.

The 17-10 Eagles await the selection show on Monday to see who and where they will play the NCAAs.
