Foxcroft’s Moore Is Athlete of the Week

In very close voting online this week, Foxcroft Academy field hockey goalkeeper Abbie Moore is High School Athlete of the Week.

Over 1.300 votes cast, Moore edged out Sumner soccer player Damon Warren. Moore received just over 42% of the votes while Warren got just over 38% of the votes.

Winslow football running back and Mt.Ararat golfer Caleb Manuel were also nominated for the weekly honor.

Moore has backstopped her Ponies to an undefeated season so far and only two goals have been scored against Moore.
