Husson Women’s Basketball Beats Lesley 87-59

The Husson Women's Basketball Team beat Lesley 87-59 on Saturday afternoon, November 22nd

Former Old Town Coyote Saige Evans had a game-high 33 points to lead the Eagles, going 14-20 from the field!  Lilly Roy had 20 points and Sam Haber had 10 points. Abby Radel had 8 points.

Evans led the Eagles with 8 rebounds and Radel had 7 boards.

Husson shot a sizzling 51.5 percent from the field, They were 5-18 from beyond the 3-point arc and 14-17 from the free throw line.

Lesley was led by Leila Chisholm with 21 points.

Husson controlled the boards, outrebounding Lesley 47-33.

Lesley is now 2-5 overall and 1-2 in the North Atlantic Conference.

Husson is 3-1 overall and 2-0 in the North Atlantic Conference.

The Eagles are off until Tuesday, December 2nd when they will host UMaine Fort Kent at 6 p.m.
