The Husson University softball team finished the regular season with a sweep of UMaine Farmington, 2-1 and 9-3. But it looks like the Eagles 11-1 conference record is going to leave them short of the North Atlantic Conference #1 seed.

The Thomas College Terriers also finished 11-1. Thomas and Husson split their two head-to-head games but further tiebreakers will give the Terriers #1 and the chance to host the tournament.

Thomas finished with a 22-8 record. Husson finished 21-9.

In game one vs UM Farmington, Eagles pitcher Jen Jones threw a complete game five hitter. She struck out 10 and did not walk a batter. Jones now has a 10-6 record.

In game two, Arika Brochu pitched a complete game for her 8th win of the spring. She also added three hits at the plate. Kylie Cunningham and Tamara Aunchman both had three hits. Whitney Bess had four RBI.
