
Legion Baseball: Comrades Lead At Mid-Season
With the July 4th weekend in the rear view mirror and the final two weeks of the summer American Legion baseball regular season to go, the Bangor Coffee News Comrades hold down the top spot in the North Division.
But it is close at the top of the standings at the halfway mark.
The Hampden RH Foster River Dogs are a half game behind. Skowhegan Tax Pro is a full game behind. Quirk Motor City and Acadians Post #207 are also battling to be one of the top four teams.

NOTE: Under the new Legion North/South Division format, the top four teams advance to the state tournament. There will be no zone tournaments. The eight team state tourney begins July 27th at the Winkin Complex at Husson University in Bangor.
