Maguire Named NAC Player of the Year

Husson University won the North Atlantic Conference baseball title over the weekend and now the Eagles take home two of the major conference awards.

Outfielder Conor Maguire is Player of the Year and infielder Kobe Rogerson is Rookie of the Year.

Northern Vermont-Lyndon's Jake Jourdain wins NAC Pitcher of the Year and Thomas College head coach Greg King is NAC Coach of the Year.

Maguire (Ellsworth HS) hit .368 with 10 RBI and 14 runs scored. His slugging percentage was .596. Maguire did not make an error in the field. He also won the NAC Senior Scholar Athlete Award with a 3.78 GPA in Business Administration.

Rogerson (Brewer HS) hit .368 in his freshman season. Including non-conference games, he has 23 RBI and 24 runs scored.
