
Maine Men’s Basketball Falls at Rutgers 72-60
The Maine Men's Basketball Team fell to Rutgers 72-60 in New Jersey on Monday night, November 10th.
Maine trailed 37-30 at the end of the 1st Half.
The Black Bears had 3 players in double figures. Isaac Bonilla had a team-high 12 points. Bashir N'Galang had 11 points and TJ Biel had 10 points.
Ace Flagg coming off the bench had 6 pints in 22 minutes, going 3-5 from the field. He had 2 rebounds and 2 steals.
Maine shot 47.8 percent from the field and were 9-20 from beyond the 3-pomt arc. They were 7-13 from the free throw line.
Maine was outrebounded 37-23 and Rutgers scored 24 points in the paint while Maine had 16 points in the paint.
Rutgers was led by Denis Badalau with 19 points. Dylan Grant had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Rutgers is now 2-0. Maine is 0-3.
