McCarthy Second At Festival of Champions

Hundreds of high school cross country runners from Maine and beyond had a great day to race the 18th Festival of Champions in Belfast.

Bangor sophomore Dan McCarthy had the second best time (15:41.72). Only Brunswick's Will Shaughnessy was faster at 15:32.85.

Lewiston's Paige Collins was the top schoolgirl runner with a time of 22:00.60.
