We have arrived at one of the slowest times on the sports calendar.

Yesterday was a mad dash of NBA and NHL free agency news, and I joked on the show that the month of July spent all its sports news in one day.

Well, that appears to be the case today.

But one thing that is right around the corner is the Fourth of July! That means time off for many of us, relaxation and plenty of food.
