Speirs Shoots 7-Under But Misses Cut

Bangor's Jesse Speirs shot a 7-under par 65 Saturday and still missed the cut on the PGA Web.com Tour event in South Carolina.

In fact, Speirs shot a 4-under par score Friday but he could never recover from a miserable 6-over 78 on Thursday.

The tournament in South Carolina was a three day, three different course, pro-am event.

Speirs finished the three rounds at 5-under par and missed the cut line by two strokes.
