Cayden Spencer-Thompson made his final track & field meet for Mattanawcook Academy a memorable one. Three state titles. Three new state records set in doing so.

At the Class C state meet in Farmington, the Louisville bound Spencer-Thompson won the long jump, the high jump and the triple jump.

He re-wrote the record books in the process...

> High Jump win: He jumped a state record 6-feet 11-inches and smashes the 2004 mark set by Brandon Hall (Foxcroft) of 6-feet 8.25-inches.

> Triple Jump win: Spencer-Thompson jumped 48-03.75 and beat the state record he set two years ago of 47-03.
