Stoddard, Guerrette & Graham Win Legion Awards

Coffee News Bangor American Legion 3B/P Ethan Stoddard is Zone 1 Player of the Year as selected by coaches in the zone.

Stoddard, who played in high school ball at Old Town HS, hit .344 with 15 RBI for the zone champion Comrades. He also went 3-1 with a 2.20 ERA as a pitcher.

RH Foster Hampden Riverdogs pitcher Nick Guerrette is the Zone 1 Pitcher of the Year. He went 6-0 with an ERA of 2.13.

Brewer Falcons coach Shane Graham was selected Zone 1 Coach of the Year. Graham led the Falcons to an 8-7 regular season record and his team will play in the state tourney as zone runnerup.
