Cole Anderson will take a six shot lead into Thursday's final round of the 100th Maine Amateur Golf Tournament in Portland. The 18-year-old college golfer fired a 1-under par 69 in round two.

He is 6-under par (134) for the tournament.

There is a three-way tie for second place - former Husson University golfer Joe Alvarez, Jason Gall and Reece McFarlane all are even par heading into the final round.

Former Bangor High School golfer, now playing for Duke University shot a 1-under par 69 and moved into fifth place at 2-over par.
