Three Husson Eagles have been named to the New England Football Writers Division II/III All Star Team. LB Elvin Suazo, WR Kyle Gaudet and OL Brad Weston all were selected.

The three selections ties with two other schools for most players on the all star list.

Elvin Suazo was named ECFC Defensive Player of the Year last week. He recoreded a career-high 91 tackles this season, including eight sacks, a fumble recovery and an interception.

Kyle Gaudet becomes the first Husson reciever to be named All New England. He had 66 receptions, 1,031 yards and 13 TDs.

Brad Weston won ECFC Offensive Lineman of the Year last week. He is the fourth Eagles lineman to be named All New England. He anchored a line that allowed just four sacks while helping the offense produce over 4,000 yards.

The awards banquet is set for December 6th in Massachusetts.

NOTE: Maine Maritime Academy LB Derek Breunig was also named All England.
