Jimmy Howard Leaves Ice On Stretcher [VIDEO]

Detroit Red Wings and former UMaine goalie Jimmy Howard left Saturday night's game on a stretcher. A groin injury just a couple of minutes into the game against Washington. He will return to Detroit for further evaluation.

Earlier in the day, the NHL announced Howard was the only Red Wing named to the upcoming All Star Game.
